MILTON TOWN COUNCIL FINAL APPROVAL OF ORDINANCE 2026-010 FIXING NEW TAX RATES UPON THE ADOPTION/REASSESSMENT OF REAL PROPERTY VALUES. Notice is hereby given, pursuant to 22 Del. C. § 1105(a), that the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Milton, on October 5th, 2026, gave final approval of the new property tax rates for residential and nonresidential use based on .345 and .562 per $100 of assessed value. This rate will go into effect with the FY2027 tax billing and will result in an approximately 7% increase in tax revenue over FY2026.
